How much does the event cost?The registration fee for the Recruitment & Retention Virtual Event is $299, which includes access to the conference livestream on March 15, 2024, as well as 90-day access to all the recorded sessions from the entire event through June 15, 2024.
Can I earn CE credits?Yes! Attendees will earn 1 continuing education (CE) credit for each 60-minute session attended. A total of 6 CE credits are available within 90 days of the virtual event—June 15, 2024 is the last day to claim your credit.

What if I can’t attend the livestream? You’re in luck! As part of your registration, you can access all event content and claim credit for 90 days after the Recruitment & Retention Virtual Event livestream concludes (the last day to access content and claim credit is June 15, 2024). Archived sessions will be posted on the platform approximately 24 hours after the livestream event.
When is the registration deadline?
We encourage you to register for the livestream event prior to March 15, 2024. This will also give you access to the recorded content and the ability to earn the credit for an additional 90 days through June 15, 2024. If you cannot attend the livestream, registration will remain open throughout the 90-day window (through June 15, 2024). You can still earn CE credit during this time.
Will there be an opportunity for Q&As during sessions at the livestream meeting?Yes! Each session has a chat feature where you can talk to other attendees as well as a Q&A box where you can ask the speaker questions. If there is not enough time to answer all questions, speakers will follow up with individuals via email.
How do I access sessions and handouts?Select Program Schedule to access the sessions. Handouts will be accessible during the event and included within each session presentation. Attendees can also access session handouts up to 90 days (through June 15, 2024) following the conference by logging in to the website with the same email address they used to register.
Can I choose which lectures I attend?
Absolutely! To earn credit, be sure to evaluate all sessions you attend. If you miss the livestream, you’ll have 90 days to view the archives, evaluate the sessions, and print your certificates. The deadline cannot be extended past 90 days, so be sure to view the sessions of interest to you and claim your credits through the platform no later than June 15, 2024.
When will I get my Continuing Education certificate?Attendees will need to complete a brief evaluation survey after each session. The surveys for each session are located under the Continuing Education tab. After all the individual evaluations are finished, please complete the Overall Evaluation survey at the conclusion of the conference. As soon as this is completed, you can print or save your own Continuing Education certificate.
If you decide to view the archives for sessions you may have missed, you can revisit this tab after completing the evaluations for each session. You only need to complete the Overall Evaluation once; however, for sessions to appear on your certificate, you must complete the individual evaluation for every session you attend. You can reprint your certificate to include the additional sessions within the 90-day timeframe.
Should I wait to print my CE certificate until after I watch the archived sessions?If you want all of your sessions to appear on your certificate, then we recommend waiting until you view all the sessions you plan to watch before printing your certificate. However, be sure to print your certificate before the conference closes (June 15, 2024). This timeframe cannot be extended, so we suggest that you set a calendar reminder to complete the activities before the expiration date.
