How much does the event cost?The registration fee for the NCNP Virtual Event is $399, which includes access to the conference livestream on April 24-26, 2024, as well as 90-day access to all the recorded sessions from the entire event through July 25, 2024.
Can I earn CE/Rx credits?Yes! Attendees will earn 1.5 continuing education (CE) credits for each 90-minute session attended. In addition, advanced pharmacology (Rx) credits are available for many sessions as listed on the Program Schedule under pertinent session descriptions. A total of 55 CE and 29 Rx credits may be earned within 90 days of the virtual event—July 25, 2024 is the last day to claim your credit.

What if I can’t attend the livestream? You’re in luck! As part of your registration, you can access all event content and claim credit for up to 90 days after the NCNP Virtual Event livestream concludes (the last day to access content and claim credit is July 25, 2024). Archived sessions will be posted on the platform approximately 24 hours after their livestream.
When is the registration deadline?
You can register for the livestream event now through the last day of the conference (April 26, 2024). You can register for access to sessions through the last day of the 90-day on-demand phase (July 25, 2024).
Will there be an opportunity for Q&As during sessions at the livestream meeting?Yes! If there is not enough time to answer all questions, speakers will follow up with individuals via email.
How do I access sessions and handouts?Select Program Schedule to access the sessions. Handouts become available and accessible during the event; they are included within each session presentation. Attendees can also access session handouts up to 90 days (through July 25, 2024) following the conference by logging in to the website with the same email address they used to register.
Can I choose which lectures I attend?
Absolutely! To earn credit, be sure to evaluate all sessions you attend. If you miss the livestream, you’ll have 90 days to view the archives, evaluate the sessions, and print your certificates. The deadline cannot be extended past 90 days, so be sure to view the sessions of interest to you and claim your credits through the platform no later than July 25, 2024.
When will I get my Continuing Education certificate?Attendees will need to complete a brief evaluation survey after each session. The surveys for each session are located under the Continuing Education tab. After you have completed all your individual evaluations for each session you wish to attend or view, please complete the Overall Evaluation survey. As soon as this is completed, you can print your Continuing Education certificate.
If you decide to view the archives and earn additional credit after completing the Overall Evaluation, no worries! You only need to complete the Overall Evaluation once; each additional session for which you complete an evaluation will automatically appear on your previously completed Overall Evaluation. Just be sure to complete the individual evaluation for every session you attend to earn credit. You can reprint your certificate to include the additional sessions within the 90-day timeframe.
Should I wait to print my CE certificate until after I watch the archived sessions?If you want all of your sessions to appear on your certificate, then we recommend waiting until you view all the sessions you plan to watch before printing your certificate. However, be sure to print your certificate before the conference closes (July 25, 2024). This timeframe cannot be extended, so we suggest that you set a calendar reminder to complete the activities before the expiration date.
How can I view the posters?On the menu bar, select the Poster Session tab to view the scientific research posters submitted by your peers. Be sure to complete the corresponding individual session evaluation on the Continuing Education tab to earn 1 CE credit for viewing the posters. Although there are dedicated times throughout the program to view the poster presentations, they can also be viewed at your convenience.
How can I continue discussions from the NCNP Virtual Event on social media?Click on the social media icons on the right side of the screen to post about the conference. Please be sure to include the hashtag #NCNPconf when posting during and after the event.
