This 8-session workshop covers the tools and strategies you need to succeed as a new nurse leader. With a focus on both leadership and finance, you will learn the attributes strong leaders possess and be able to create a plan to enhance your role during a time of continual healthcare change and relentless pressure to meet challenges previously unseen in our profession. To better understand the staffing and finance challenges in hospitals across the country, you will learn how to develop a staffing plan and account for variances in staffing, revenue and expenses, and most importantly, make the business case for patient and workforce safety. The cost is $399, which includes access to the livestream events on February 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 28, 23, 25 plus access to the archived sessions for 90 days after the conclusion of the event (May 26, 2022).
