What is the cost to attend the NCNP Virtual event?
The cost is $399, which includes access to the livestream event, November 2-5, 2021, plus access to the recorded sessions for 90 days after the event through February 3, 2022.

 

How many CE/Rx credits are offered?
Attendees are awarded 1.5 CE credits for each 90-minute session they attend. In addition, advanced pharmacology credits are available and listed on the Program Schedule under each session description. You can earn up to 51.75 contact hours and 36.5 Rx credits for participating in archived sessions within 90 days of the virtual event February 3, 2022, is the last day to claim your credit.

Lippincott® Professional Development is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

If I missed the live event, can I still access the content and earn credit?
Absolutely! As part of your registration, you can access all content for 90 days following the event through February 3, 2022. Archived sessions will be posted approximately 24 hours after the livestream event. You will be able to claim credit during the 90-day window for the archived sessions in addition to the livestream sessions.

 

Will there be an opportunity for Q&As during sessions at the livestream meeting?
You will have the ability to submit questions during the livestream event. Moderators will ask the speakers the questions that are submitted, as time permits. If there is not enough time to answer all questions, speakers will follow up with individuals after their sessions via email.

 

How do I access sessions and handouts?
On the menu bar, select Program Agenda to access the sessions. Handouts will be accessible during the event and included within each session presentation. Attendees can also access session handouts up to 90 days following the conference by logging into the website with the same email address they used to register for the conference. Sessions can be accessed through February 3, 2022.

 

Can I choose which lectures I attend?

Yes, you are free to attend the sessions you like. To earn credit, be sure to evaluate the sessions you attended. If you miss the livestream, you’ll have 90 days to view the archives, evaluate the sessions, and print your certificate. The courses will not be extended past 90 days, so be sure to view the sessions and claim your credit no later than February 3, 2022.

 

When will I get my Continuing Education certificate?
Attendees will be required to complete a brief evaluation survey after each session they attend. The surveys for each session are located under the Continuing Education tab. Once all the individual evaluations are completed, go to the Continuing Education tab on the menu bar and complete the Overall Evaluation survey at the end of the conference. Once this is completed, you can print your Continuing Education Certificate.

 

If you decide to view the archives and earn additional credit, you can come back to this tab after completing the individual session evaluations for the extra courses taken. You only need to complete the ‘overall evaluation’ one time; however, for the additional sessions to appear on your certificate, you must complete the individual evaluation for every session you attend. You can reprint your certificate to include the additional sessions within the 90-day timeframe.

 

Should I wait to print my CE certificate until after I watch the archived sessions?
If you want all of your sessions to appear on your certificate, then we recommend waiting until you view all of the sessions you plan to watch before printing your certificate. However, be sure to print your certificate before the conference closes in 90 days (February 3, 2022). This timeframe will not be extended, so we advise you to set a calendar reminder to complete the activity before the expiration date.

 

How can I engage with exhibitors?
On the menu bar, select Sponsors to gain access to the vendors, here you can access the vendor hall. There are dedicated times throughout the program to visit the Exhibit Hall and chat with booth reps. Be sure to ‘check in’ on the top left of each virtual booth listing.

 

How can I view the Posters?
On the menu bar, select Poster Session to view the scientific research posters submitted by your peers. Be sure to complete the individual session evaluation to earn 1 CE credit for viewing the posters. There are dedicated times throughout the program to view the poster presentations.

 

How can I continue discussions from the NCNP Fall Virtual event on social media?
Click on the social media icons on the right side of the screen to post about the conference. Please be sure to include the hashtag #NCNPconf when posting during and after the event. There will also be a social wall where you can connect with your colleagues.
